Barre Pilates consists of Ballet and Pilates exercises using a barre.

Classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen, sculpt and tone the muscles.

Barre Pilates will help improve your posture and increase your core strength. Dance or Pilates experience is not required and this class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
