Intermediate level Clinical Pilates
A progression from the basic Pilates class, this class incorporates the basic techniques and combines them with movement and strengthening exercises using all Pilates equipment including the reformer, trapeze, mat, ball, therabands, ring and bosu. This class will improve your flexibility, co-ordination, fluidity, endurance, precision and stamina and is the best method of exercise for those with all types of aches, pains, conditions, bad postures and injuries.
Please note: Wednesday 6am class is Advanced Level 1 Clinical Pilates class.
