A Clinical Pilates class modified and designed for expecting mothers that focuses on breathing control, pelvic floor, posture, helps to eliminate lower back pain. It is the best form of exercise whilst being pregnant. You lay on an elevated cushion or side laying pillow for comfort. Using Pilates equipment including the reformer, trapeze, mat, ball, and therabands.
