The wrist joint is a complex structure, consisting of eight carpal bones and the distal part of the ulnar and radial bones. These are the radiocarpal and midcarpal joints. The ulnar bone doesn't directly articulate with the carpal bones. The triangular fibrocartilaginous complex (TFCC) is located between the ulna and carpals. With the disc, the radius bears 60% of loading; without the disc, the radius transmits 95% of the loading. These straps are awesome supports that can be used in place of wrist taping - especially useful in gym and weight lifting as well as gymnastics, racquet sports, biking or sports of the like. Provides comfortable compression and support for weak or stressed wrists.  Helps treatment and prevention of injury. Retains warmth, which may aid and speed up recovery period.

Place thumb into the thumb locking area of wrist warp. Pull the strap forward across back of hand. Wrap around the wrist. Adjust the wrist wrap to desired compression and secure the hook and loop strap.
