“Over the last few years I've struggled with foot pain and it has made it very difficult for me to walk or even consider exercising. I feel so grateful to have found Exercise Physiologist, Benjamin Robinson. It's been several months now since I've been working with Ben and he's quite literally helped me to get back on my feet and exercising again. Ben is not only a wonderful Exercise Physiologist but also a wonderful person. I can truly say that I enjoy spending an hour 3-4 times a week with him. Ben is extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He has an extensive repertoire of exercises and techniques that helps to motivate me, keeps it interesting and fresh. Our training sessions are challenging but he personalizes and adjust each session so I continue to increase my strength are endurance while he stays focused on making sure I don't overdo it or aggravate the pain and problems from my past foot injuries.”
