Exercise Physiologist / PT

Benjamin graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science in 2011. During his years of study at USC, Benjamin also obtained his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness at Sunshine Coast Institute of TAFE. He relocated to Gladstone in 2012 and worked within a much smaller physiotherapy practice in Gladstone for almost a year developing and building his knowledge of exercise prescription and strength and conditioning and applying these skills to the benefit of the local community.

Benjamin has experience in exercise prescription for a variety of chronic diseases such as Cardiovascular Disease, Type 1&2 Diabetes, Obesity, High Blood Pressure, Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis to name a few. He also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in rehabilitation focused exercise prescription to improve injuries of the shoulders, neck, back, hips, pelvis and knees.

Benjamin is registered as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and also as a Personal Trainer with Fitness Australia. He is registered with HiCaps enabling his patients to conveniently claim on-the-spot health insurance rebates.
