Over the years Shaun has coached in gyms both nationally and internationally where he has broadened his knowledge and skill set. Shaun believes that his role is to motivate, and make training a fun & rewarding experience. He loves to see his clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of guided fitness programs.
