Master Trainer/Aqua Therapist

Tracey has been in the fitness industry since 1981 (35+ years) and has continued to invest herself in the learning and energy it takes to deliver a wide range of fitness services. Tracey is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with specific interests in special populations along with aqua fitness/hydrotherapy accreditation. Tracey specialises in both land based programs and diverse aquatics programs for sporting and community groups, rehabilitation, falls prevention, pregnancy, weight loss, the frail/aged and younger persons with disabilities. Tracey has also recently become a Level 2 Intermediate Recreational Running Coach, accredited by Athletics Australia.

Tracey has worked for and liaised with many community, medical and industry organisations to assist them and their clients in their health and fitness goals. "I am passionate about assisting others in their new lifestyle change!" Tracey enjoys tapping into people's potential no matter their age, confidence or fitness level and her focus is to encourage a lifelong plan to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Qualifications- Level 3 Cert. 4 Personal Trainer with a blue card. Athletics Australia Level 2 Intermediate Recreational Running Coach. Accreditations- Resistance Instructor, Group Fitness/Aerobics, Aqua Fitness Instructor, Hydrotherapy Assistant, Children's Activity Instructor, Older Adults and Falls Prevention Instructor.
